After months spent wrangling with the city, an establishment calling itself "the most controversial nightclub in Denver" will open later this month.

"I have a license in my hand," Ewing said. "I got it today at about 11:30 (a.m.)."

Were it not for the hard-core porn flickering continuously on the TV, you might have thought it a regular house party. A DJ was spinning hip-hop. Guests chatted casually over a buffet of fried turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans and bundt cake.

News Analysis: The Pornography Jurisdiction Limitation Act 7/15/2006

WASHINGTON - You've heard of the First Amendment, right? You know, that pesky constitutional amendment that says, in part, "Congress shall make no law ... abridging freedom of speech, or of the press." And you've probably seen it argued here that there's nothing in that wording that allows the government to prosecute sexually-explicit speech, even if it fits the Supreme Court's description in Miller v. California of what constitutes "obscene" speech.

And you've probably heard that, n

How to Increase Your Chances in the Swingers Lifestyle? 2/21/2006

Yes, it is possible for anybody to get involved into the swinging lifestyle. Yet most people who ever flirted with the idea of swinging never succeed. The single most occurring scenarios of people who fail is this: One day they hear about swinging. They go home and do a few searches on Google and find a site (like this) and think that by posting a profile they will get laid the following week-end. When that doesn’t happen they give up.
Swinging is a LIFESTYLE.  One of the most importa
